Hi Jamie, I’m working with Canvas and all of a sudden I can’t upload new images to the media library. I’m getting an error:
“cat1 square.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/tariffhound.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2012/07.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Andrew

First try clearing your cache and trying again…i remember some-one else have a problem…also what version of canvas are you running?

OK, tried that but no luck unfortunately. I’m using Canvas 5.02.
I’ve also tried renaming my upload folder on the server, then creating a new upload folder, then transferring images over, but no luck.
When you say “clear you cache” so you mean my browser history and cookies?

I’ve installed the WordPress Flash Uploader plugin which has given me a work-around to ensure my server upload folder is synced with my dashboard media library.
